The materials used in the manufacture of our parts are always sourced from reliable . All of our are thoroughly screened and selected to ensure that the quality and performance of the materials are ideal. With the help of special tools and state-of-the-art equipment, all materials are subjected to rigorous testing in order to ensure that every batch of material in our warehouses meets the most stringent standards.
Precise Component Installation
Our experienced workers are tasked with installing the circuit boards, which are then aged and tested for power. We use computerized aging programs to detect any defects in the boards to ensure that the quality and performance of each unit is excellent.
Skilled Machine Assembly
For our experienced workers, the efficient assembly of each component is extremely important. The entire machine is assembled not only with high precision, but also with record speed. Despite the speed of assembly, we have inspectors in place to ensure that quality is not adversely affected in any way.
Machine Aging Test
Aging tests are performed on every function of the machine to assess the reliability of each component. After prototyping, a minimum of 48 hours of aging testing is required before moving on to the next step.
Strict final inspection
In preparation for shipment, each machine and its associated accessories undergo rigorous testing by factory personnel. Prior to final packaging, the machine undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure that every component functions without error. The final test results are the key to ensuring the quality of the machine prior to shipment.
