1. What are the precautions after 7D HIFU treatment?
Avoid spicy food after treatment; do not wash your face with too hot or too cold water for one week; do not do high temperature yoga, sauna, facial steaming and facial massage to avoid pressure on your face; apply a mask every day for one week to rehydrate your face; pay attention to sun protection; do not use radiofrequency or phototherapy equipment for one month.
