What is MOQ?
MOQ for stock models is 1 piece; MOQ for customized models is 10 - 100 pieces.

Are the products fragile during transportation?
No. We use high quality materials for each instrument. We use high quality materials and each instrument is carefully inspected by a team of professionals before shipment. In addition, the carton/aluminum alloy and wooden box are filled with cold foam, which is safe and reliable.
Customization
Can you design the appearance of the product?
Yes, we can. Our products can be customized because we have a professional team of R&D engineers, and the factory can also cooperate with mold making.
Can I use a logo on the product?
Yes, the logo can be placed on the screen, printed on the product or on the box.
Can I customize the packaging?
Yes, you can. Minimum order quantities for customized packaging will be quoted after checking your logo.
What is the OEM/ODM process?
Upon receipt of your customization request, our R&D team develops it and then puts it into production. From design to assembly and testing, a team of professionals monitors quality throughout the process. After production is completed, it is packaged and shipped to you.

When do you ship?
Usually 3 - 10 business days for shipment, some in-stock items can be shipped on the same day.
What if I don't know how to use the tool?
We offer a complete user manual or video guide, as well as 24-hour online consulting services.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 2 year warranty on the main unit from the date of purchase (with billing) and a 1 year warranty on the handle.
Payment
What are your payment terms and methods?
For less than 5000 USD, 100% advance payment is required; for more than 5000 USD, 30% deposit is required and 70% balance is due before delivery. Payment can be made by T/T, Western Union, L/C or Paypal, negotiable.

What is your shipping method?
Generally, small parcels are shipped by international courier such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and EMS; large orders are shipped by air, road or sea.
